1 in 5 adults in the United States will face a mental illness in any given year.  In addition, our nation's suicide rate continues to rise, with an estimated 47,000 lives lost each year.  Also on the rise are levels of chronic stress and burnout within the US.  In fact, one million people miss work each day due to stress, costing employers $300 billion annually in lost productivity.
Join Mental Health America Lakeshore with Julie Preder, Executive Director, and Dana Bear, Director of Strategy and Partners, as they explore the importance of mental health in the workplace.  They will discuss the importance of mental health initiatives within the workplace and strategies to create a positive and sustainable shift in the health of your team.
