Covid had a far greater impact on the employment landscape far beyond its impact in how we view the workplace.  It also happen to coincide with a demographic reality that very few employers are talking about – the 20 year decline in workforce.  This session will focus how Human Resource teams will need to lead the charge in changing the way recruiting is viewed, structured and managed to stay one step ahead of the changes.

**This meeting supports SHRM National's Foundation.  The Foundation provides provides HR scholarships, offers Certification, along with other valuable member services.  Your SA_SHRM Board members will be donating wonderful gifts and/or baskets for our Annual Bucket Raffle.  Raffle tickets will be sold at the door and during the meeting.  Please support this cause and help us raise money for the SHRM Foundation by bringing cash or bring a donation for raffle.  Last year we collected $280 in cash, which supported a contribution to SHRM National of over $535 from our Chapter.
