What if every employee had an AI twin? What if curiosity became the most rewarded skill? What if work was organized around capabilities instead of titles?

By 2030, AI will not only redefine how employees are rewarded but also how jobs themselves are designed and experienced. This interactive disruption lab explores ten bold shifts reshaping jobs, performance, and Total Rewards. Participants will challenge assumptions, discuss opportunities and risks, and leave with practical ideas and bold insights to help prepare their organizations for the future of work.

Explore how AI-human collaboration will transform the nature of jobs by 2030.
- Understand how job design shifts ripple into performance expectations and Total Rewards systems.
- Engage with ten provocative scenarios that stretch thinking on work, jobs, and rewards.
- Identify which shifts inspire readiness and which demand brave voices for change.
